[ 01 ] The gym

A place to learn, train and belong

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art for every age and fitness level. It relies on leverage and technique rather than size or strength, which is why it's regarded as one of the most effective forms of self-defence.

At Port Stephens BJJ in Taylors Beach, we've built a gym where everyone feels supported, from five-year-olds learning their first roll to adults stepping onto the mats for the first time. We're in it together.
